01Eligibility Requirements

To use the 8tk10 platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.

02Account Registration and Security

When registering an account with 8tk10, you agree to the following obligations regarding the accuracy of your information and the security of your account credentials.

• You must provide your real name, a valid mobile number, and accurate personal details at registration. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Your account credentials (mobile number and password) are confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify 8tk10 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 8tk10 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
• 8tk10 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.
• 8tk10 may close duplicate accounts and transfer any remaining balance to the primary verified account, or confiscate balances found in accounts created in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

03Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 8tk10 platform are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your 8tk10 account.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed on the 8tk10 Payment page.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 8tk10 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be delayed or restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• 8tk10 will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet providers, or banking institutions. Processing times vary by payment method and are stated on the Payment page.
• All funds deposited into your 8tk10 account must be your own lawfully earned or obtained funds. Use of proceeds from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

8tk10 reserves the right to hold or delay a withdrawal for compliance, fraud prevention or security verification purposes. In such cases, 8tk10 will contact the player using the registered contact details to request the necessary documentation.

04Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

8tk10 may from time to time offer bonuses and promotional offers to players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your 8tk10 account wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Existing players, or players who have previously held a closed or suspended 8tk10 account, are not eligible for welcome bonus offers.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the eligible game(s) specified in the promotion terms. Any winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirements.
• 8tk10 reserves the right to cancel, modify or restrict any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including in response to evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or unusual betting patterns that suggest the promotion is being used in bad faith.
• Multiple accounts used to claim bonuses more than once will be treated as bonus abuse. All bonuses on duplicate accounts will be void and any resulting winnings will be forfeited.

05Game Rules, Fair Play and RNG

All games available on 8tk10 are subject to their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all game categories.

• All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, instant win games) use independently certified random number generators. Outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by 8tk10.
• Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live). Their game rules, dealer conduct standards, and dispute resolution processes apply to live casino games in addition to these Terms.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error during a game round, the round will be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the player's account. 8tk10 is not liable for any financial loss arising from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes in any way constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

06Responsible Gaming

8tk10 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform offers a range of tools to help players manage their activity.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account to control spending. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months. During self-exclusion, the account will be suspended and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Session time reminders: Players may set session duration reminders that will alert them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.

07Account Suspension and Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, use of stolen payment credentials, or any other activity that 8tk10 reasonably suspects to be unlawful.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request has been made.
• A player's own request to close their account. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after identity confirmation.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the 8tk10 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 8tk10 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without the express written permission of 8tk10.

The 8tk10 brand name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks of 8tk10. Unauthorised use of any 8tk10 trademark, trade name or brand asset is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8tk10 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even where 8tk10 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity failures outside 8tk10's control, or acts of force majeure.
• Any financial loss resulting from a player's own decision to wager, including losses on any bet, game round, or sports market. Gambling involves risk of financial loss and 8tk10 does not guarantee any outcome.

10Privacy and Data Protection

8tk10 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. 11Changes to These Terms

8tk10 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 8tk10 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 8tk10 platform following the posting of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 8tk10 operates.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 8tk10, we encourage players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. 8tk10 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be referred to a neutral third-party dispute resolution process as determined by 8tk10.
